Thoughts from Tim Alexander, Business and Life Coach...

In my experience, most of us are very hard working people and want the best for ourselves and our families. It is often difficult, when the wolf comes knocking at our door, to relax and enjoy what life has to offer. With work obligations, children to attend to, responsibilities at home, bills to pay, and extended families to support, our lives can feel frenzied and out of control. And even with the best of intentions, it is very easy to lose sight of what gives us happiness and joy. I suspect that many of you can relate to what I am saying. Is it even possible to find that elusive work and life balance or is cut from the same cloth as the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy? Sadly, often times it takes a crisis or a loss for people to 'wake up' and realize the importance of taking care of themselves, their love relationships, and that life is much more than providing a good income.

If you are challenged by balancing your work and your personal life, I can help. With a deep commitment, I am providing a workshop on Saturday, June 21st, 9:00am-12:00noon on the importance of 'Enjoying a Business and a Life.' You will learn from me and we will learn from each other strategies on how to build a balanced life. This is a rare opportunity for you to step back, take a deep breath, and prioritize and rebalance your life! I am limiting the attendance to twenty-five as it will be work-shop based with group interaction. The goal is to have you leave renewed, hopeful, and that perhaps the Tooth Fairy and the Easter Bunny are alive and well and yes, I can find balance in my life!
